kaz moon / Moment of silence

Multimedia artist and project created by singer, producer, songwriter, photographer and videographer Cody Yao. He is based in New York City. Born in Louisiana and raised in Texas, the 22-year-old Chinese national began writing songs at the age of 14 and has produced a number of lo-fi pop songs with introspective lyrics over delicate noise and relentlessly pure, catchy melodies. In February 2022, "Apirlfools:')" was selected for Spotify's official "New Music Wednesday" playlist, which showcases new releases. In February 2010, "Apirlfools:')" was selected for Spotify's official playlist "New Music Wednesday," which introduces new releases.
